The El Toro Airport Info Site  To facilitate communication between all persons and organizations with concerns regarding the construction of a major commercial airport at El Toro, California after the marine Corps Air Station, El Toro closes in 1999.

 

Noise Pollution Clearinghouse (NPC)  A national non-profit organization with extensive online noise related resources including a comprehensive law library.

 

Sane Aviation For Everyone, Inc. (SAFE)  A coalition of independent citizens groups and individuals in the New York City metropolitan area.  They are dedicated to stopping and reversing the environmental and health impacts of JFK, LaGuardia and Newark Airports and the fair sharing of these impacts.

 

Save Our Heritage  A Massachusetts organization working to stop expansion at Hanscom Field.  Group is working to develop permanent protection for the national historical, cultural , and environmental resources in the Massachusetts towns of Concord, Bedford, Lincoln, and Lexington in order to prevent their gradual destruction by pollution, noise and development.

 

STOP Expansion of Solberg-Hunterdon Airport  Since 1995 the owners of Solberg-Hunterdon Airport in Readington Township, NJ have been developing a Master Plan for the privately owned airport property under a grant from the Federal Government. A re-aligned 5,600 ft. main runway and paving of a 3,700 ft. turf runway are elements that the communities around the airport oppose.

 

U.S. Citizens Aviation Watch (US-CAW)  A national organization comprised of local airport groups, environmental organizations and civic groups, cities and townships concerned about noise, environment, public health and other quality of life issues related to aviation operations.  US-CAW is a national association and is linked with established organizations in 26 countries throughout the world.
